1. Return Eligibility
At Impekt GmbH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the wine in a can you received, you may be eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
a) The request for a return is made within 14 days from the date of delivery
b) The wine cans are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
c) You provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or purchase receipt.
2. Return Process

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
a) Defective or Damaged Products: If the return is due to a defect or damage caused during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when contacting our customer support.
b.) Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to defects or damages, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
a) Inspection: Upon receiving the returned wine cans, our team will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
b) Refund: If the returned wine cans meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
a) Perishable Goods: Wine cans that have been opened or partially consumed are non-returnable.
b) Personalized or Customized Items: Wine cans that have been personalized or customized are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. ExchangesWe do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
